first day of building
ok so today i started my real body building workout by doing a split routine. today i did hamstrings and quadriceps. omg, my legs feel like jello. but it was good overall. i am just trying to hang in there, today is only the first day. anyway, these people of course had to start asking me all these questions and i’m just thinking to myself do i look like a trainer to you?? how do you use the treadmill? why are you asking me that, i am just working out like everyone else. what is that exercise you are doing for? lunges, they are for you legs, duh. anyway, i guess i’m a little cranky cause i worked out reallllly hard today. i feel like i need a nap. tomorrow we’ll go, chest and back, whoohoo.
